BRICS Public Diplomacy Leaders Forum will be held in Moscow on November 26, 2025.
The Forum is a synergy of efforts of public opinion leaders and influential persons of international politics to strengthen the integration processes of the interstate association BRICS.
The Forum aims to:
* Strengthen peace and friendship among the peoples of the BRICS countries;
* Organize a permanent platform for BRICS public diplomacy leaders from the humanitarian and economic spheres to communicate and coordinate their activities;
* Sharing the experience of leading public diplomacy leaders in the BRICS space, and developing joint strategic projects in the economic and humanitarian spheres.
The forum is organized by the International BRICS House Network.
The forum is co-organized by public organizations (NGOs), foundations, institutions, and corporations specializing in the BRICS area.
The forum will be attended by:
1. Leaders of NGOs (NPOs) from BRICS countries engaged in humanitarian activities and public diplomacy, who contribute to strengthening the integration processes of BRICS countries;
2. Representatives of business communities developing economic projects in BRICS countries;
3. State and public figures engaged in international activities;
4. Representatives of BRICS countries’ embassies;
5. Media representatives.
The forum will be attended by delegations from China, India, the UAE, Brazil, South Africa,
Egypt, Ethiopia, and diplomatic representatives of BRICS countries.
According to Konstantin Klimenko-Bogdanov, Chairman of the Forum Organizing Committee and President of the BRICS House International Network, the main topics of the forum will be:
1. The role of non-profit organizations and corporations in BRICS integration processes;
2. Economic and humanitarian projects that contribute to BRICS development;
3. Creation of a unified register of BRICS public diplomacy projects;
4. Effective mechanisms for cooperation between NGOs, corporations, and BRICS government agencies.
