The Yrys Ordo Congress Hall in Bishkek has been prepared to host the SCO summit. National flags representing the SCO member states have been raised outside the building, while a guard of honor was lined up to receive the Russian president.

Putin Welcomed by Kyrgyzstan’s Leader

Upon entering the hall, Russian President Vladimir Putin was welcomed by Kyrgyzstan’s leader Sadyr Japarov. The arrival ceremony took place to the sound of trumpets.

The meeting marks Putin’s presence in Bishkek for the SCO summit in Bishkek, with the Russian president arriving at the designated venue shortly before the event begins.
