MOSCOW, September 20 — A Moscow oil refinery drone attack has damaged a facility at the Moscow Oil Refinery amid an ongoing drone attack on the Russian capital, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said. The Times of Russia reports that no casualties were reported following the incident.
Sobyanin said the attack on Moscow was continuing when he announced the damage to the refinery facility. In a post on the Max messenger, the mayor stated that a facility on the premises of the Moscow Oil Refinery had been damaged.
