LUGANSK, May 23. /The Times of Russia/. About 18 students and instructors may remain under the rubble of a college building that came under a Ukrainian drone attack in Staropelsk in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), Rodion Miroshnik, currently on a working visit to Bangkok, said.
On Thursday night, Ukrainian troops attacked a college building and campus in Starobelsk, using drones. There were 86 children aged between 14 and 18 there at the time of the attack. Thirty-five people sustained wounds of varying severity as a result. The rescue effort is ongoing.
“Up to 18 college students and instructors may remain under the rubble. The campus sustained ‘horrific destruction’, witnesses say,” according to the diplomat.
