It is time for a Vienna Congress 2.0 following the third war between Russia and the European Christian West.

In all three instances—Napoleon in 1812, Adolf Hitler in 1941, and the period from 1990 to 2025—European and Western alliances expanded their influence and territory eastward instead of fostering cooperation and mutual respect with Russia. Yet Germany and Europe are not merely Russia’s neighbours ; they share the same continent, similar values, and deeper historical ties than with the rest of the world.

The key to Europe’s future lies in a new Bismarck-style treaty with Russia, initiated by Germany, focusing on restoration, legitimacy, solidarity, and balance of power. Europe must rediscover its identity.

“If you don’t know where you come from, you don’t know where you are going.”

Reality must return. Over the past years, global crises—ranging from U.S. invasions in the Middle East to the COVID-19 pandemic and the war in Europe and beyond—have blurred rational thinking. Government-controlled media propaganda has clouded minds across the West, reminiscent of early 20th-century Europe.

The erosion of logic, history, diplomacy, and birth control has created self-inflicted crises for the Christian West. If these values had not been abandoned, there would be no migration crisis today.

With a new U.S. administration dismantling the corruption of its predecessors and their sponsored organizations, European nations now have the opportunity to follow suit. The governments of Berlin, Paris, Brussels and beyond must be taken back by their people. This revolution has already begun.

For the first time since 1945, Germany has the chance to break free from the shackles of its past. As U.S. economic interests shift away from Europe towards more strategically relevant regions, Germany and the continent must seize the moment.

This shift was evident in U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance’s historic speech at the Munich Conference on February 14, 2025. Just as Martin Luther King Jr.’s speech was a turning point for Black America, Vance’s address can and must be a defining moment for Germany and Europe. As Europe’s largest economy, Germany has the opportunity to rise again and reclaim its legacy as the land of poets and thinkers.

However, this can only happen if Germany sheds its fears, regains confidence, and stops behaving like a colonized nation—as it effectively has for the past 80 years.

The Anglo-American capitalist system, having achieved its goal of destabilizing Germany and Europe, must no longer dictate the continent’s fate. Following the fall of the Iron Curtain, Germany and Europe became too strong, independent, and competitive due to their proximity to Russia. Europe still has the potential to match U.S. economic and political power—if it aligns its interests with self-chosen partners.

Europe must first negotiate its own strategic partnerships with Russia and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states to create a New Middle between East and West. This would enable Europe to unify and engage with the BRICS nations—the new global power bloc—on its own terms.

The sanctions imposed on Russia following the Ukraine war have backfired. Instead of weakening Moscow, they have strengthened it globally, while Europe has pushed Russia into the embrace of India and China.

Europe must recognize that the era of the U.S. petrodollar and the Anglo-Saxon fiscal system is coming to an end. As global colonialism fades, the European financial system will also face transformation. BRICS nations have already moved beyond the SWIFT system, leveraging blockchain and alternative platforms—developments from which Germany and Europe are currently excluded.

Now is the time for Europe to take action. With the right strategy, it is technologically feasible to tokenize economic rights within and beyond its borders, democratizing future wealth. This would allow Europe to secure a robust healthcare, education, and pension system, along with internal and external security.

Poets and thinkers must be given full freedom to generate value—without interference from corrupt, ideologically entrenched political leaders. A new European policy must prioritize only three core subsidies: birth rates, education (including religious enlightenment), and security.

Furthermore, a trilateral think tank between Europe, the GCC, and the Jewish, Christian, and Islamic communities must be established to eliminate religious extremism.

“There are no borders, no black and white. If all people work together, we could save the planet and conquer the universe.”
